Business analysis is a difficult job, it requires diplomacy, business savvy and technical appreciation. It is a professional role with a competancy model and recognised set of skills. Our assessment process allows organisations to:

  • Assess potential candidates during recruitment initiatives;
  • Assess staff for promotion;
  • Understand individual and departmental training needs;
  • Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the change organisation;
  • Use a personal development tool for individual analysts.

The assessment looks at two areas:

  • BA Attributes - personal attributes that show a natural inclination to business analysis
  • BA skills - technical skills required to provide high quality business analysis

Both of these can be used for experienced and new Business Analysts

Whilst we use our own skills and attributes we are also able to create assessment criteria to our clients’ competency models.  We use a range of techniques that give candidates an opportunity to demonstrate their ability to carry out the business analysis role.
