Agile Business Analysis (AgileBA®) Foundation

AgileBA® entry level training and certification designed for business analysts working in an agile environment.  This course is delivered over 3 days and includes AgileBA® foundation exam.


Agile Business Analysis (AgileBA®) Foundation & Practitioner Training 

AgileBA® entry level training and certification designed for business analysts working in an agile environment.  This course is delivered over 4 days and includes AgileBA® foundation exam and the AgileBA® Practitioner exam.  A foundation level exam pass is a pre-requisite for taking the practitioner exam on day 4.

Course Information

AgileBA® was developed by APMG® in partnership with the DSDM consortium, providing the first comprehensive set of guidance, framework and practices for the business analyst working on an agile project.  It gives advice and guidance on working with business stakeholders, developers, testers and outlines the skills needed to deliver solutions incrementally.
