AgileBA® was developed by APMG in partnership with the DSDM consortium, providing the first comprehensive set of guidance, framework and practices for the business analyst working on an agile project.  It gives advice and guidance on working with business stakeholders, developers, testers and outlines the skills needed to deliver solutions incrementally.

Will I need to do any homework during the course?

Yes, some evening work and exam prep will be required.

Are there any pre-requisites for completing this course?

There are no pre-requisites for the foundation course.

Is there an examination included with this course?

Delegates sit a 40 minute multiple choice AgileBA® Foundation paper. Successful candidates are awarded an APMG Foundation Certificate in Agile Business Analysis (AgileBA®).
